I already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, Do I need any other software to view the PDF files?
No. If you already have Acrobat Reader installed and configured on your system, you can go ahead and view any PDF file.

However, depending on the version of your browser, you can view the file online or offline. Some browsers have Acrobat Reader as a plug-in which would start a new viewer page and the PDF file will be placed directly online in this new window.

If your browser does not support such a plug-in, as you press on the file you wish to view, a dialog box will come up giving you the option to either view this file online "Open it now", or "Save it on Disk" for offline viewing.

I've viewed a PDF file, I want to save it. How can I download PDF files?
If you want to download any of the PDF files you've viewed, you need to perform the following steps :

  1. Go back to the listing page using the "back" button on your browser.
  2. Place the mouse point on the file you wish to download
  3. RIGHT click your mouse. A menu will appear near the clicked item.
  4. Select "Save Target As...". A "File Download" window will start and a dialog box will appear asking you to specify the location to which you wish to download the file.
  5. Choose where you want to save the file and press "Save".
  6. The file download process will then start and you should see the bar progressing as the transfer continues.

Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, if no progress seems to be happening over a long period of time, cancel the process and start over going through steps 2-5.
